new scan tool/gauge need test car in cleveland ohio
i was doing a random search yesterday for different ways to keep an eye on the knock sensor that would give warnings. i found a pretty dam cool scan tool that is in the shape of a gauge and will read nearly all parameters of the ecu, including knock and timing. it displays 2 readings at once (user defined) and comes in a variety of finishes. you can also clear codes right from the gauge and read codes there too. also, can record roughly 35 seconds of data too. pretty awesome little tool, and the price for chevy's is $220. hopefully the Z will be about the same.
heres the prob, they are only making them for chevy right now. i asked them about nissan and they said they should be available in 2-3 months, and they will prolly need a car to do some testing on. so if anyone is in the cleveland ohio area, speak up!
the more peolpe that bug them the more grease the sqeeky wheel will get!

when you getting your ride back? i'm pulling my injectors right now and going to do one more test bypassing the eu wiring completely and drop the stock injectors back in while i get the 660's tested. i'm guessing it will run perfect again with the stock injectors just like it did last time. i'm also hoping sharif will say "hell i couldn't even get my car to run with scotts eu" hahaha. knowing my luck it will work perfectly on his car!
