Default 5AT flexplate upgrade

I was browsing through the SGP website and saw this part

http://store.yahoo.com/sgpracing-sto...0auhedufl.html

If one upgrades the 350z's tranny and runs a good amount of power, how does this part hold up? Should I even bother looking for the upgrade on this?

Its only for 300ZX auto's. Not for the Z33.

So I am to assume that this tranny component in the 350Z is stronger then in 300ZX and therefore adequate enough to leave alone?
