Default mr. pulley vs. UR pulley????

i know people have said they liked the UR pulley set an its helps a good bit. has anyone heard anything bout the pulley set on http://mrpulley.com/product_info.php?products_id=7 .

from the pictures they look just like the ur pulleys. ..... could they be copycat replicas (made in Taiwan)?
