Default Flywheel/Crank pulley ?

I used to own an M3 and with those cars I know you cant do both of these mods, what about on the Z? Will the balance get thrown off? I eventually want to get a sueprcharger so I was looking into the KJR factory-size crank pulley. And I'm also looking at the JWT Clutch/Flywheel combo. On that note, will the JWT clutch be enough to compensate for the vortech's added power? Thanks.

Yea, I want to know this too. My installer warn me about the flywheel + pully combo. he said it's better to get the crank balanced, if not the crank bearing will go eventually.

There are people on this forum with both. They work fine as far as I have heard.

Yes, the JWT setup would be perfect for the Vortech on the stock motor.

I am running both no problems. I am also running the JWT clutch which is handling my built motor and JWT TT set up without any problems so there should be no issue with teh Vortech

You can run both fine, they are both balanced before getting to you! As long as you dont get a piece that somehow passed a QC when it shouldnt have you'll be fine-chances of that happening are very low. M3's are I-6's their cranks are waayyyy long, I would assume people dont/shouldnt run crank pulleys with no dampners on them because of the size of the crank and the resonance they produce, especially with an 8000 rpm redline. Z' has a low redline and is a V-6, your comparing apples to oranges. FWIW Ive had my CP for 30+ miles some o fwhich have been with a 7100 rpm redline no issues.
