best light weight flywheel regardless of price?
jwt should serve ur needs. however i must ask why dont u replace the disc while its apart? the amount of labor it takes to put a flywheel in is not simple nor cheap (if u go to a shop) to just install half of the consumable parts in your clutch, why not put in a disc as well?

If you're into tracking/auto-x, go for Stillen's flywheel. It has a little chatter, but puts a huge smile on your face when you heel-toe downshift and the revs jump oh-so-perfectly! I have the stock clutch with the engagement changed so that it's not as high. Stop and go traffic is definitely not a problem though you do have to get used to applying less pressure to the gas pedal to bring up the revs. Of course, if you drive your car hard enough it won't keep up with a racing flywheel. But that's the compromise between track and street flywheels.

If you want an option taht is going to be fully streetable to drive like a stock clutch...
For the money (Under $1000) the lightest option is JWT Flywheel and NISMO Clutch... the NISMO clutch is lmost 2lbs lighter then the JWT clutch...
The next is the EXEDY hyper carbon series clutches... They are smaller diameter then stock, use their own flywheel, and slip easy when cool (daily driving) and when heated up grab like mad!

oh and keepign your stock clutch... you will spend more money replacing the clutch later on down the road then changing the clutch and flywheel at the same time...
its close to the same amount of labor to replace the clutch as it is for a new clutch...
