As long as you're changing the spark plugs when they go bad or begin to show actual signs of wearing, then you're doing great. I'd get the cheaper of the two you mentioned.

Well, i'm using:
Denso Iridium
IKH16------------------5343-------------Stock heat range

I did feel a difference; but being honest, I think it was because the old platinums had over 120,000 miles, and they looked almost destroyed...lol

G35 sedan 2003....135,000 Miles

yeah man i changed mine at 50k and they looked terrible!!! I cannot imagine what they would look like at 120k!

I searched the threads, but could not find one location of reference for spark plugs. These are just the ones that I did research on. However, if you know of more plugs, please let us all know!
NGK # 2309 Iridium Spark Plugs LFR7AIX ---- 6 PCS NEW so these are considered 2 step colder for a vq35?
