Default when to start modifiying?

Okay experts; I'm a begginer so help me out. I'm very impacient and want to start modding my z as soon as possible. Should I start right now (500 miles) or wait until after breakin? Or does it matter? I'm talking about grounding kit, presilencer removed, popcharger or whatever.

Default The longer the wait

The cheaper the price!

But who likes waiting?

I started at about 1k miles. The exhaust and intake mod won't really hurt any break in period the main thing is to follow the break in period instructions in the manual.

Don't rev on it, red line it or drive at consitent speeds too often for the first 500 miles and I am gonna change my oil now.

I just hit 2k miles. I am gonna run non synthetic for about 5k miles then switch to Mobile 1 Synthetic.

Mod away!

Before anything major is done, it might be a good idea to get some miles on the car. That way you can work out any kinks that might be in the car from the factory, and there will be no warrentee questions.

As an example, I have suspension mods on my list of to dos, but with the scalloping front tire issue, I will wait. It will be nearly impossible to get warrentee work for this problem if I have a modified suspension.
