So I finished installing the JS Safeguard yesterday evening. Did the basic engine running test. Every thing was fine. Got a friend so he could run the dials on the road test. I did a base line datalog for refrence, then we stopped to get KFC to take back home. Whe he got in the car he put his foot through a power wire on my auto sport wiring harness.
EU is not comming on, cars not starting, and ERR 1 codes are poping up on the OBD II reader (cant find ECU). I don't have the pinout, been trying to find them though; but the far red wire on the harness is getting 12V but the red wire 5 over is not getting any voltage at all, no continuity. That one looks like the main power line for the ECU. Looks like he blew a fusable link some where in the system.
Any one have any idea where the fuseable link is located? I had the car towed and its sitting at a parking lot by my work ( with in pushing distance to a garage to work on) MLK day every thing is closed on a military base.
EDIT: Oh yeah unplugged the EU harness and capped the vacumm lines (back to factory) and still the engine does not start. It cranks, all the accesseries work in the acc. and on positions. just EU and ECU will not come up.
Still looking in the service manual but nadda.

So I found the fuse block M4 and the ignition is off a 10A fuse. No I just have to find the fuse and see if that was the suspect I was looking for or it may ba some thing else. Leaving now to go to the car.
Wish me luck. The good kind.

well I checked every damn fuse I could, couldn't find M4 or the 10A fuse. I was reminded just a minute ago that there is one last fuse block under the washer cowl behind the battery. Yeah, totaly forgot about that.
I'll check it out tomorrow at work.

OK found the fuse replaced it, found a second fuse replaced it. Started it up every thin is fine. turned it on a second time but it wouldn't start. checked the fuses I replaced. the ign *** 15A fuse blew??? So I went over all the wires and said hey I rember some thing about hooking up the 12v Aux wire pulling more timing and thus more power so I un did that wire.
Replaced the fuse, turned her over. She woke up and started to pur. So then I turned off the car and started her up again. yep she's working. did it several times to be safe and it came up every time so lesson's learned
1) dont let clumsey people tune your ****!
2) DO NOT HOOK UP THE 12V AUX WIRE, YOU'LL BLOW A FUSE!!
