Default Check Out This Find! (Dyno Jet Locations!)

NationWide Dyno locations

I found one 20 minutes from me!

If you scroll to Sacramento you will see the rumor is true. The Infamous Ralph Gobel's Hor Rod Heaven has closed his doors. Rumor is he sold his Dyno and it's up and running somwhere on Sunrise Blvd.

Any locals can you comment on this new place?

Great Find. Thanks.

To pull up a list for your state, simply change the last two letters before .htm to your state abbreviation in the URL. For example, this is the link to NY dynos:

Thanks MaxHax. I was just scouring my scouring the phone book today for places with a dyno and the only one I could find wanted $140 for a dyno . Maybe now I'll be able to find a better price. Thanks again.

Default No problem!

$140.00 is absurd, I just completed 4 runs for 60 bucks, they gave a 4th one for free.

Shop around!

Default MaxHax

Just got off the phone with a shop here that charges $70 for a dyno run. Still seems a bit high, but much better than a ludicrous $140. BTW, you have accumulated a multitude of mods...I'm curious, what did you dyno at?

Arrow Hey

They might be quoted you air/fuel rates.
Make sure you tell them that you just want a baseline RWHP and Torque, it should be $50, to 60 bucks.

I dynoed 230/222 roughly (the chart is at my website.)
It runs low here though and that is before my Injen etc, that's just exhaust only which basicly takes away torque until I complete my mods.

After my 100HP Jet I expect to be at 350 RWHP next week.
Then I can relax and wait for the track to open.

Actually, I need the radar detector mod now

Default 4wd dyno?

Well, heck. According to that list, there's a 4wd dyno in Fremont, CA! I didn't even know there was one in CA at all! Might have to give them a call and see if they're still around. (It's a tough life for those of us with all-wheel-drive.)

It's one of the size nozzle jets you can use on Nitrous Kits, I have decided to stick with 75HP though.
