Yes, same system. Has anyone dealt w/the company before? I've never heard of them, but HKS has a list of approved retailers for their products and this one may be on it. I would encourage those interested to visit HKS' website.

Im just throwing in my 2c.
I hear you. I'm going to wait for the Konis and Bilsteins myself, to have a basis of comparison. I'm not sure I want a whole new system, I think a good set of shocks may cure the problem, I won't have the luxury touring, but it may be almost as good.

I appreciate your DYI statement earlier in the thread, but I am not an adequate amateur on a new car. I got myself a Haynes Manual and did a lot of work on my 240 myself 20yrs ago, but I haven't the skill nor the equipment to be installing suspension parts, so labor and alignment is an added expense.

Also, I will Not change my ride height, shocks or the HKS system would allow me to keep it so they are on my list.

It is a Yahoo store, if you notice. Take that for what it may mean. They have tons of other stuff that isn't available already on their product list.

As for the price, I do believe we are getting bent over on price on the Z for a lot of aftermarket stuff, but then again, I'm more of a domestic guy and am used to those prices.

It does seem like everything is really exspensive, but its been several yrs since I did any mods, so I'm out of touch. I think we can find some bargains when the initial rush is over. Some suppliers will have overestimated the demand and will need to discount to clear their inventory. Its waiting I don't like. I'm an American, instant gratification is a way of life here.

I'm going to wait a bit on this issue, I think. As I've said, around here, I don't have to deal with the expansion joint roads much, so it isn't something I can't deal with in the near term.

I figure I'll take the same tact I did with buying the car. Wait until the initial rush is dying, then get a better deal on something that does what I want it to, once the early adopters have figured out the various pros and cons of the different set ups.

Good to know. Thanks Jeremy.

I'm sure most of us would rather deal with somebody that is known around these parts

Have you sold or gotten real world feedback on this HKS system?

Which set of coilovers do you recommend? Should we wait for Konis and Bilstein before we decide? Thanks!
