looking for clutch recommendations: rps or os giken?
right now i have a twin tilton ceramic semi-street along with an APS TT. chatter is pissing me off and i am terribly sick of this system although the throttle response is excellent. i must change to something more 'tame'.
i have my eyes on RPS max street with JWT flywheel combo along with OS GIKEN's single clutch system. i think the RPS clutch is more tame than the OS GIKEN due to the circular 'organic style' disc. the GIKEN uses a pseudo-disc 6 puck design. both utilize sprung hubs. looks like the rps will be much smoother on my neck, foot and left quadracept.
the rps holds around 550 lbs of torque, which is sufficient for my application. not sure how much the giken holds, but i bet as much.. if not more with the puck style clutch disc.
os giken:

rps:

anyone had experiences with any of these? i would like to know any experiences, pros and cons.
tyia,
andy.
