If you don't want to spend $120, some auto parts stores rent good torque wrenches. I'm installing a pulley this week...
the instructions i got had a hand written "140 ft lbs for pulley....original instructions incorrect...too loose"

now this was the previous owner (mine was used) and he told me he checked with KJR himself......i'd say 120-130 ft lbs is ok. i had no problems so far

well please dont take my word for it....i just told you what i did. i dont want people PMing me saying their bolt snapped b/c 140 ft lbs was too much. i'll say one thing.....taking that thing off was ALOT harder than re torquing it....so take that for what it's worth.

i;d say at least 120 ft lbs

You will first torque to 30ftlbs then make a mark on the pully at 1 of the lines on the bolt, then tighten till the mark you made on pully lines up with the next factory line on the crank bolt.

(29-36)ftlbs for 60o is Nissan's spec rating. It may torque different at the factory when everything is new and variable pulley widths alter the bolt purchase depth. A *little* extra elbow grease may be needed and also check it is tight often.
