Default Lightened flywheel question/problem

I just got an OEM stock clutch replacement for my car, decided to put on the JWT flywheel at the same time, save labor.

Anyways, got the car back today.... pretty loud but bearable... the thing i dont know about is, the hard is really hard to accelerate from a stop smoothly. The car will shake, the cement mixer sound will rise up... and then the car will accelerate.

I tried to find a "sweet spot" and couldnt exactly pinpoint it. I could accelerate smoothly once in maybe 20 tries. I really cant figure it out... if i'm not driving right or if the setup has a problem?

Please help, any insight would be helpful thanks!

maybe somethings out of whack. You mean in 1st gear and accelerating from a stop you get a bunch of cement mixer sounds and and vibration? Usually at a stoplight with clutch out you will hear mixer sounds, once in gear it's pretty silent unless you slow down like in 4th and instead of shifting down, you decide to gas it back up to speed you will definitely get some mixer and vibration. I haven't seen any posts of JWT owners complaining of vibration like that. But since you said it works 1 out of 20 times, maybe let it break in a little and then see if it smoothens out.

sounds like you're not driving it correctly--you need to find the slip point and leave it there until you're happy with your speed--then you can let your foot off the clutch. sounds like you may be taking your foot off too much, too soon. you should be going 20mph before take your foot off the clutch. don't be afraid to give it some gas too--lightened flywheels exaggerate poor throttle input

I'm pretty sure im driving it correctly... is there a change in the behavior of the clutch after break in?

This is just ridiculous, it sounds so bad when i start now.

Did you get it installed at the dealer? Did they change the TO bearing too? Well, it sounds screwed up since it probably shouldn't make too much noise with the stock clutch disk and pressure plate, only the flywheel was replaced right? Take the car back to check it out before something else breaks, it could be as simple as a clutch cable adjustment which they should have done.
Anyways, never heard of this problem so post what was wrong once you find out.

I dont think our cars have a "clutch cable". The 350z has a hydraulic clutch.
