Swapping a 350z engine in a G35 Coupe Question

The motors r identical now the ecu's should be identical or maybe a little different not much

Maybe he blew his motor with a turbo, s/c, etc

The motors are the same but the wiring harnesses are different part numbers.
Sensors are the same.

how much would it cost for intalling it? I got someone thats selling me the tranny n engine for 1500 is that a good price? Engine got like 20,000 miles
