How much is the normal left to right freeplay of the shifter while in gear?
Is there a means to adjust it?

Example in first gear my shifter will freely move to the right 2"; while in 3rd gear it will move left and right 2" both direction.

I cant remember it being so loose; but maybe I never noticed it til now.
I believe this is the reason behind me not being able to get it into 5th gear as instead it engages 3rd as mentioned in a early post I made.

Just want to ensure I've checked for my self any simple fixes before I go to the dealer.
