VQ question?
Does the VQ block have a forged crank? How about a crank girdle?

Crank girdle and block are Aluminum.

I know the block is aluminum. But is the crank forged or not? So the VQ DOES have a crank girdle?

The crank is steel, it has 4 steel retainers, and an aluminum girdle if memeory serves me correct..Ill double check and take pics tommorow.

Forged Crankshaft with 4 bolt Mains with Alloy girdle.
