This message is relayed to the ECU, which in turn tells your engine that conditions are optimal and it can therefore perform at optimal conditions. This allows your engine to perform better, which results in increased horsepower and torque. This process does not harm your engine in any way.
What we are selling you is the chip that is installed onto the IAT sensor. Along with the chip you'll receive detailed instructions that will tell you exactly how to find your IAT sensor and how to install the chip. The chip plugs right into the sensor so you don't have to worry about cutting wires or soldering. It's very simple with the instructions we'll send you. If you have any more questions feel free to ask!

Dude you have got to be kidding me. How many times do we have to see this same stupid thread posted. Don't you think if it was that easy everyone would buy this instead of blowing $500 on cats that give you 8 HP. Get real bro. How bout searching first so you can see how stupid you are going to look before you actually post this. Noob patrol up!!

I bought one also. I took it to a tuner for a tune and it now makes 45rwhp... I will sell it to you for $6.99. Just $1 over the ebay price to give you an additional 20 true hp....

That chip rocks! And the great thing is, it is one of the few mods for the Z that you can do yourself, and the ECU won't compensate for it. Like those $500 cats that give you 8 hp - after a few days, the ECU compensates for them and you are back to zero. This chip bypasses that process. Can't be beat! Only the Weedeater intake blower mod makes more HP per dollar.

i didn't think this works, but i wanted to know what it does acutally. i know it won't make 25hp, but then does it make the car smoother or will it harm the engine?
