Tomei LSD...anyone know anything about it?

Has anyone heard any info on this Tomei LSD? Price is really good and it seems it can be changed from a 2-way to a 1.5-way.

that is kind of what I thought. I can't find anymore info on it, but what tomei says about it themselves.
