High pitched Clicks as I disengage clutch
My clutch is making a sequence of high pitched clicks as I disengage it while driving and even right after I disengage it and begin to step on the gas I hear it again for a second and then it goes away. I can hear it with the windows down as I go through each gear. Anyone know what the deal is?? I'm not sure exactly where the noise is coming from. Definitely need some help on this one.

Sounds to me like a case of the axle clicks, there is a TSB out to *supposedly* fix it, I got it done recently so well see how it holds up. Search for "axle clicking" and youll find alot of info.

my clutch clicks when i release it. and im sure its not the axel clicks. i had that too and it sounds different. this is just a single click as the clutch is released, the axel deal is like a series of 3 or 4 fast clicks as the car starts off in first gear or in reverse.
my best guess is the sound I am hearing from the clutch is thow out bearing . like i said just a guess and ive learned to ignore it
