alright here it goes so far i have removed my tranny but cant get the flywheel off (it turns of coarse) the question is is there a tool to stop it from turning? and how do I remove the throwout bearing? thanx in advance guys.

Yes, you can get this tool to hold the flywheel. It's available at most auto part stores, Sears, and the major tool vendors, Snap-On, Matco, MAC.
