Why is Nismo LSD not for highway?
I tried search but couldn't find the answer for that.
Is it dangerous or what?
and I am wondering if kaaz(2 way solid) and any other LSDs are the same.
BTW, my z is '05 base. Do I need additional parts other than Nismo LSD?
thanks.

i've had mine for quite awhile, its fine for highway driving. i also have a 2 kaaz, welded, gov lock, detroits in my other vehicles. if you want a diff of some kind, just get used to it, none of them are really dangerous, unless your running bald tires in the rain, or use too much throttle at the wrong time.

Off Highway Use is what 99.99999% of AFTERMARKET Part manufacturer's put on their products when there is no warranty with them...
Does NOT mean it will not function on a highway...
Although... There are alot of suspension products that have not been tested on every day road conditions or crash tested like OE products... Some of those will not stand up to bad weather etc... and are recommended for track use only...
