I know this has been covered before, but I can not find the thread. Any help is much appreciated.

What are you asking? Are you trying to find out how you can rev higher?

I think he is looking for the differences between the internal components of the rev-up vs. non-rev-up. I seem to recall that the rev-up differs due to the use of forged components, but can't remember which components they are.

shape of the piston is slightly different...

uses different connecting rods... VG30DE(TT) style with the nut & bolt as opposed to just the bolt on the non-rev up...

thats basicly it...

well, also the variable intake and exhaust timing..

The rods have been alleged to be stronger. Has this been verified? Is the revup any more friendly to boost?

im not saying its stronger worthy enough of FI etc... but for higher revving and higher HP for sure, not saying it will hold 500HP No problems or anything...
