Default Cams and nitrous. please look

ok not sure where this belongs... but i have a problem..

I have been spraying 125 shot of nitrous for a while and everything was fine my setup was:

k&N typhoon
headers,
test pipes
y-pipe
spacer
pulleys
grounding kit
--------------------------------

Never any problems, didnt run it for a month probally.
Camshafts were installed, NA they run beautifully! smooth rpms and nice pull in higher rpms.

Tried to use the125 shot for the first time on them, lasted about 2 seconds and heard pinging and knocking or detonation not sure which. let off gas...

ramped the car NA ran fine no noise or issues, tried the nitrous, same prob again...

Now a couple things are to be concerned here.

1)I had id say 1-2 galls of 93 what i ran befpre and always use. i decided to add 112 octane because i heard its safer to use wiht nitrous. i added 3 gallons of 112 octane. could that fact that i mixed the two messed up the nitrous use? or that i used 112?

2)Could it be that the cams advanced the timing 2 degress? i never retarded the timing before at all andits said that 2 degrees retarded is recommened but i was fine before. im not sure if cams advance timing.

3)Did I fry a spark plug or more? car runs fine NA though..

* some notation. bottle was heated decently , wasnt sreof psi gauge wasnt on at time. also i did purge a few times before i shot.

I dont get why it kicks in then goes into a frenzy and dies off after 2 seconds..... solution?

We can wait for the pro's to post their thoughts but in the meantime a mere forum lurker will post his! From what I heard that 112 octane is not good under any condition for our motors. It is not good to use it because simply put our motors are not made for it running stock (besides your cams) and without a tune to higher octane or piggback.
