Default 03 Z possible problem

I just got an 03 Touring the car is stock with 27,000 miles and i have a question. when the car is at idle there is a weird noise that sounds like something is spinning really hard, you can feel alot of vibration in the stick. then when i press the clutch pedal it stops, but when i let go it starts up again. another thing is when i shift into any gear it feels like i have to kinda force it in there. when i drive in between shifts it sounds like a blowoff valve or pressure is being released (the sound is coming from the gear lever) . does anyone know if this can be a potential problem? thanks

The noise you hear coming from the transmission is normal when you're in neutral. We have very noisy transmissions.

If you have trouble shifting I recommend you use swap the transmission and differential fluids for some Redline fluids.
