I wouldn't do either personally. Just use the money for a UTEC and get it done right.

TS can do custom flashes as well. I picked up 11whp from mine. Not bad for $600. Dont know if AAM can do custom flashes. Also to the OP, you dont need UTEC for a NA application. A reflash will be fine.

yeah and by the way a utec with tune is almost three times as expensive as a reflash.
