Yeah, that's recommended for the JWT S1 and S2 cams.

I wonder if that would be applicable to the Nismo R cams?

You really cannot tell much by duration and lift numbers. You must overlay the entire graph and measure [calculate] flow at each SINGLE degree increment along the duration.

Unfortunately the Helmohotz resonation of the plenum runner is fixed for oem cams so just changing cams leaves lots on the table without redesigning [shortening] the runners as the duration increases.

Um yea more lift and duration gives you more power becuase the intake valve opens further and stays open longer letting more air in. JWT S7 cams on my revup idle perfect and they are .450" lift.

does anyone have any confirmed dyno numbers posted for these cams. I am looking and I cant find anything viable. I know what the manufactures are saying but I want real numbers from real people who have actually put them on.

Anyone?
