In ontario canada we kill guys who mod their cars. When you go to get your license sticker the people come out and check your car. Well then if you are modded they pull out a fire arm and terminate your existence right then and their. Dont know how it is out in BC though. It you want a slealth mod go for the flaming tail pipe!!!! Just eat lots of mexican food and head out on the highway man!!!!!!!!!!!!!
