????? WTF? Your letting the local body shop do your clutch/flywheel?
If thats the case then you may want to order another set

the clutch is not warrantied - it's a wear item.
some dealers might do it for you, but they are not obligated to replace it for you
yes the transmission has to come out
As for price, yes it is a very good deal. The more important question though is do you trust them to do a good job? The sweet smell of a good deal wears off alot quicker than the bad taste of a job gone wrong. I know many bodyshops in our area that also do mechanical work too, so if you know they are experienced techs and will do the job correctly for you, go for it.
And if you need a new clutch, let us know

Installin a clutch isnt rocket science but an idiot sure can make a mess. Shaft/Spline/Pivot cleaning and proper lubing is so important as is just over all cleanliness of everything (old clutch dust/oil etc) Then sequenced and properly torqued bolts----Loc-Tite where needed----------Little stuff like that. Also proper bleeding tricks and pedal adjustment along with being able to tell the condition of the Slave/Master cyl. Its ur call

Did you get your clutch done?
How is it?
Mine just died over the weekend. Same symptoms as you except for the disengage problem.
I am debating between the ACT Street or JWT
