hey z1 i have a Q....it says that the cusco's are offered in a 1.5 and 2 way for non lsd equipped cars for 1265.00 this would lead me to believe that they have been re-machined to accomodate the longer stub shafts, is this tru??

no - the kit you see on the link for $1265 includes all the parts needed to install the Cusco diff into a non LSD car - the output shafts, the bearings and the seals, plus the diff itself.
If you have a non LSD car and want to put an LSD in, it certainly can be done with the Cusco or the ATS, and the install kit we sell. Or, we also offer the Quaife, which does not need any additional parts, as it was designed for a non LSD car
