Default Do i need a new clutch with new flywheel?...

So i took the car to the dealer for a speed dependent whistling noise at 45MPH. (as seen in the repair area) Diagnosed as bad pilot bushing. They said they are replacing the pilot bushing and flywheel under warranty. Will my old clutch be ok with the new flywheel? I just had new tranny and clutch put in less then 5000 miles ago. Should/are they supposed to, put in a new clutch when they do the flywheel like when they change the tranny? She's an 03' Touring with 38,000 mis. Thanks!!

Of course a new clutch and flywheel from JWT will cost less than what the dealer is charging you for just the flywheel and install, however you can go ahead and just replace the flywheel by itself without any trouble to your current clutch.

depends if your going to heavily mod your car. if you put a JWT clutch right now you won't have to do it later on.

might as well do it since you will have it torn apart.
