Default New engine problem

Hey there, my 1st post here

And here is the reason why I came here (hopefully not wrong section):

My engine have been replaced after the supercharger has crashed it...

I have now new stock engine, everything runs well, but I can rev it, only till 4500 its like a rev limit and then plays also the dashboard crazy everything turns off esp etc...

My local nissan dealership sucks completely they gave me something about the ASCD (automatic speed control device)

could be this the problem ? or anything ?

Any reply welcome ,

greetings from Slovakia

I'd like to hear more info on how the supercharger blew the motor. Which supercharger setup was on the car? ASCD is not something that is available on US cars. Did the Nissan dealer install the motor?
