Very interesting, you guys are doing a great job! Can't wait to see the final results, a stroker kit will fit that car nicely, since its going all-out

is this car using the GT-R awd computer or something else? And is the R32-R34 drive shaft the same fit and size or were there adjustments made to fit?

The last I know they were having a custom driveshaft made. IT is pretty awesome to see a car running wild down the street, then watch as they put it up on the lift and stare in amazement at the gaping hole where there is susposed to be a driveshaft... LOL... What a shocker...

Not sure about the computer. They were installing the torque converter switches and such the last time I saw it.

Dave, Juan... any updates?

The car is all put back together, it's up and running we were able to work out all the little details out. The AWD system is functional so I get 50/50 so the car is front wheel drive for the moment till I get the rear shaft.

I don't know what kind of power he was running(around 310awhp IIRC), but Xman on g35driver has a vortech X sedan and had tranny problems not too longer after the vortech install. His thread is here:

I think that is more to do with the fact his car is an auto and the auto tranny maybe not be able to handle more than a certain power with out being adjusted? Or it could be just a freak incident.

Couldn't you easily hook up a g35c or 350z 6mt with some slight modifications to interior etc?

PS I've personally seen a g35x with built engine and twin turbo kit that should be putting down 700hp if its done yet.

No it is a RWD tranny, so no driveshaft for the front wheels....they would need an R32 tranny. Baby steps...

700hp on an AWD drivetrain meant for 220... that'll go well.
