Default SPEC clutch an flywheel

My clutch is about shot, slips 1st an 2nd all the time when trying to speed up in either of those gears. So i got a friend replacing a bunch of stuff an offered to do my clutch too. Was wondering if anyone has used or is using a Stage 2 SPEC clutch an a SPEC flywheel. My brother an his friends swear by them just thought i'd ask an see.

I have had a good experience with the spec clutches also.
I had a stage 2/3 hybrid on my turbo miata and loved it .
Almost like stock and easy to live with on a daily basis .
