Default TheNismoShop Powersteering cooler & Oil Cooler kits

Just a feeler...

Wondering how many of you guys would be interested in oil cooler and powersteering cooler kits for your Z33.

Estimated pricing

Setrab oil cooler kit: ~$375.00
Long oil cooler kit: ~$300.00

These would include oil sandwich adapter, Earl's fittings and stainless steel braided oil lines.

I am definitely planning on buying an oil cooler for this summer's track days. I'll either buy Stillen or one of the two brands you mentioned (depending on what my research turns up).

Estimated pricing was based on the following specs:
-10AN lines
standard adapter
Setrab dimensions: 10" x 5 3/4" x 2"
Long dimensions: 11" x 5 3/4" x 1.5"
Fittings will be either Earls, Aeroquip or Goodridge

Sizing will be similar to the Stillen kit, 10AN lines and as for adapter and exact sizing of core are in the air. We will be doing the design of the kit so if you have some input as to what you would prefer, we are open to ideas.

Pics and exact specs will be up as soon as its all put together. For now, we needed an idea of how many people were interested and any input they might have and preferences as to sizing, etc.

Setrab sounds good. Your sizing sounds good for street/light track, It may be nice if you offer a "extra large" option with thermostat for those that plan to run more track events (or boosted). I'm not a brand name *****, but as long as the core looks decent and the fittings are good quality, I say use what works. -10 or -12 AN is plenty big enough. For location, you may consider USDM passenger side bumper opening since many have i/c's in the center opening? Just do some simple "L" brackets to tie above where the OEM/Nismo P/S cooler normally goes.

IKIMASHO! Geter done!

I would be interested in the setrab as well, with proper mounting brackets. Pictures would be very nice.

Ill keep that in mind, we'll more than like offer a larger size for those that track more often or for those running forced induction. This is why I wanted to get input from you guys. I wanted to make sure we're fulfilling everyones needs.

I have pics up as soon as I piece the prototypes together. At the moment I only have pics of the cores, which Ill gladly share if thats what you're looking for.

I am highly interested, but only if:

1. It comes with a thermostatic adaptor
2. You post some pics when the prototype is done with hose routing.

For anyone that lives in a temperate climate (hot and cold days), you have to have a thermostatic adaptor. Running a big oil cooler in the winter is not a good idea.

Otherwise, I can't wait to see what you come up with.
