Stillen ECU
They put something up on their web site with nothing but ( If you don't find what you are looking for please call 800-576-2833 for further information. )
and a price of
Part Number: JET65005
MSRP: $699.00
Our Price: $524.25
So what does it do, i guess someone will have to call and find out

Not much of a description on there that I could see. I would have to assume that this ECU upgrade is supposed to go along with their forced induction setup because I don't see how you'd have much performance improvement in an NA setup. I've been known to be wrong from time to time though.
From what I understand from Techtom, the stock ECU is rather odd in that when you plug a new program into it and plug it back into the car there is a procedure to go through to recalibrate the drive by wire system. I'm still looking into it as I may pick up a Techtom reflashing system for the shop.

great 2 brands that do NOTHING for me-"stealin" and "jet"
I got a Jet ECU for my civic and it did NOTHING (didn't even raise the rev limiter like they claimed), many others have the same experience, be careful and do your research.

*Laughs so hard*
I called. That ECU is a piggyback for "ALMOST ALL IMPORTS" (-His exact words). Tell me guys, what company makes a universal ECU for imports? A "stealin" company, thats who! HAHA.

They do not have any info and gave me Jet Directs #. Jet Direct will be the one makeing it and they told me that it will not be ready for another 60days and also that they are not raising the Rev limiter just changeing the air and fuel mappings to raise the HP. Again they have no info right now on the #'s.
Their # is 1-714-848-5515
Their ECU will be available through any company from NOPI to Stillen.
Thats all i have

I just called Jet (Like Guru above). Here is the "800" number for them:
1-800-535-1161
Jet is located in Hunington Beach, CA. The Tech that I talked to told me that they Flash the fuel mapping of YOUR ecu. Therefore you need to send your ECU into them and they take care of changing the fuel mappings (Keeping all of the other options in your ECU the same ... rev. limiter, etc.) They have a 24 hour turn around time.
The tech said the official numbers won't be out for 60 to 90 days, but the estimate was a 16-18hp gain (not sure what the torque is). That estimate is with no other modifications, so I'm guessing that if you had an intake or exhause it might make more of a difference.
If you go directly through Jet, it actually ends up being more expensive ($599) vs Stillen($$524.25) due to the high volume that stillen would purchase.

Would the Apexi S-AFC do the same thing as what Jet is proposing? I saw this mounted on the A'PEXi Z33 in a japanese tuner magazine. It should be a lot cheaper and not so invasive on the ECU.
A'PEXi website:
Modifies air-flow meter signal (pressure signal in some vehicles) to optimize fuel-air ratio. The second-generation S-AFC is a fuel computer that adjusts fuel/air ratio by modifying the air-flow meter/MAP sensor signal. The S-AFC features a user-definable, eight-point, adjustable fuel curve that can be set in 500 RPM increments. The range of fuel adjustment is +/- 50% at each of the user-defined setting points. The S-AFC is capable of monitoring and replaying the following data channels in Numerical, Analog Meter and Graph displays: Intake Manifold Vacuum/Boost Pressure, Air Flow Capacity, Intake Manifold Pressure, Karmann Frequency, Engine RPM, Throttle Position, and Air Flow Correction %.
Both the Hi and Lo Throttle setting maps are used for adding or subtracting fuel throughout the fuel curve. This unit takes the input airflow signal and converts the signal into an air volume value. This value is modified through the Air Flow % Correction Setting. The modified output air volume value is then converted back into an airflow signal and sent to the ECU.
The Hi and Lo Throttle setting maps can be adjusted at eight different RPM points that are user adjustable. The range of fuel adjustment is +/- 50%, which can be done in 1% increments. During tuning, the Hi Throttle map should be set first, and Lo Throttle map second. All values between the predetermined RPM points will be interpolated. Only a professional, using engine monitoring equipment should be tuning the S-AFC.

JET is the worst. ask any reputable ecu tuner.
you will get a Sticker on the Box. and when you notice nothing happened, then they will claim that the test was out of parameters or give some bogus claim that you used the wrong Fuel.

. You would be 110% better off with an Apex-i AFC
