Default irregular idel...

oki i have an 04 redline yesterday after a friend of mine installed my injen cai every time i turn d engin on d idel started going up and down by its self and wen i rev up idel starts 2 pause for a sec b4 it goes fully down...any ideas or suggestions??wuts hapening 2 my car..plus its shaking and engin service light is on...my friend told me he adjusted it using a computer for air flow? i dunno if he's telling d truth or he just messed up my car???help???any body?

Its most likely an easy fix.
Check the PCV hose connected to the intake, it should be plugged in.
Chech the MAF sensor plug. It should be plugged in.
Check every other connection and make sure everything is as it should be.

Did you disconnect the battery during the installation? Try disconnecting the negative terminal on your battery for a few minutes to reset the ECU, then hook it back up and it should be fine.
