I dont even know if AEBS is offering theres
As for which is the best, I don't think there are nearly enough of ANY of them out there to make that determination. If it were me, Id have your machinst get on the phone with the companies who produce them, and go with who he feels most comfortable with.

So far, the only one that actually been installed and proven in at least 3 cars, is the GTM Stroker. Original AEBS kits had major design issues...not sure if those have been resolved. Brian Crower makes one too, but nobody that I know of, has installed one. Jun also makes a stroker kit, but pretty pricey, and not well tested in the USA. These are just my opinions.

I would recommend either the GT Motorsports and/or Brian Crower kits for the VQ35DE. Brian mentioned 3 kits for the VQ, when I spoke to him the later part of 2006; he also mention about a 4 liter kit.

The Crower Stroker kit, had some issues. Im not sure, if it has been corrected or not. I would ask them, or better yet, just go with the GTM kit. Companies like Crower or AEBS, should have a prototype of there own or some kind of dyno numbers, before releasing the kit.

I am not sure what major design issues the AEBS had except for notching of the block for clearance of the rod bolts. Some machine shops think this is a huge deal, some don't.
I have run the AEBS kit with zero issues. Made 780rwhp almost 2 years ago at low boost. We are now running the Brian Crower Stroker Kit. Haven't dynoed it yet, just waiting on the heads to be finished up.
Brian Crower has two stroker kits. One requires notching the block for clearance and the other does not.
AEBS is not offering their kit anymore due to supply issues.
I still think it is too soon to say what is the best out there.

The first Brian Crower kit did have issues. I believe this is discussed in one of MRC's threads. We have one and have installed it in a shortblock. Everything looks good to us so far. We won't start selling them until we have dynoed it. As stated above, Brian has released a second kit with a smaller stroke so the block does not have to be machined.
