Amsoil stuff has to be bought from a dealer. Hit their website up for local info.

Man what a pain in the @ss to change my oil today. I will be selling these INGS+1 sides soon. Im way to low now.

The Eneos is in now. I also ordered a new test kit from Blackstone, so once I get some milage on this oil, I will start the analysis's.

A lot of misconceptions and wrong information in this thread. All the Eneos oils are group V based ester oils like Redline or Motul, their 5w-30 is group 3 synthetic like American Castrol Syntec and Penzoil Platinum. In my opinion their 5w-40 is way too thick for NA VQ35DE or VQ35HR engines. I would use their 0w-20 or 5w-20 in my G35 before I would put in their 5w-40, I'll stick with Amsoil. And the Amsoil TSO 0w-30 is not better than their ASL 5w-30 or ATM 10w-30 for 5-10k oil changes.

First, where do you see Eneos as a G5? And say all their oils are a G5 but then say the 5W-30 is G3. Everyone that's tested it at BOITOG has said PAO, as does their advertising for F1.
Second, you can't say G5 like Redline or Motul, as Redline uses an Ester/Moly/AN base stock, and Motul varies from G3 oils (Technosynthese) to full Ester base stock, with the 8100 series reported to be a PAO/Ester mix.
Finally, the TSO 0W-30 has shown better UOA's in teh VQ than the ASL, especially in terms of all important lead, and in SV and KV, and TBN with similiar OCI.
Please do share, for those who care.
Will
EDIT: and 5W-40 too thick? Are you serious? It's thinner than M1, Redline, and almost as thin as GC.
Eneos 5W-40 13.9 cSt @100 C

Yes, they manufacture everything from gear lube to greases to anti-freeze. I have no idea where you'll get them from.

if it works well and doesnt burn in your car. no need to change. m1 is still a very good oil at a decent price.

I was going to get a case of Amsoil, but then I found that a local dealer had Eneos, then I found the last German Castrol quarts at Autozone! So I picked up the GC.

I'm interested to see how the Eneos tests. I still want to pick some of that up.

I work for Nippon Oil USA, ENEOS is our brand name. Just seeing if anyone has any questions I can try and help answer. If you are looking for dealers, go to www.eneos.us and you can find dealer locator.

i'm fairly certain Super Autobacs in SoCal is carrying their whole line of product. Eneos was there in force last year when they had the vendor shows on Saturdays. They were doing surveys of what oil everyone ran and a bunch of giveaway stuff. I'm sure Super Autobacs ships too...

Howdy. Are you on the www.bobistheoilguy.com forums? If so, what's your screen name? The Eneos rep over there was getting eaten alive for some of the claims and statements he was making. Can't wait to see a UOA in the VQ from the 0W-50.

Check out the forum again, same thread. No one was being harsh anymore so the admin decided it was time to ban me.

If you track your car, I would recommend no more than 5000 miles. The oil can last longer but you probably should check it at least every 5000 miles to see the condition of the oil.

Yep super autobacs has it, I remember when they introduced the stuff I think it was initially priced the same if not 3-5 cents cheaper than mobil 1 syn

just got my UOA back from the Eneos, seems to be a pretty poor oil. I had much better UOAs from Dino oil.
