VRT Building VQ for Sport Compact Car!

I think the 3.3 should be an ideal setup for this race.
+1 on the 9:1 compression. It will offer more response, which you would need for the track.
Thanks "mraturbo" for your response. I agree it will be a good fight but I think you guys w/ sportcompacts help can build up a pretty nasty Z. On a side note I saw on Speed channel Forza challenge that Ken Gushi had a Single turbo 350Z and in the 1/4 it spanked the Z06! but on the track the Z06 overheated after a couple laps and then the 350Z overheated after 5 laps @ road atlanta. Your set up will give that 'vette a run for its money. Keep us posted as much as you can about the build up. Thanks.
The suspension, aero, and brakes for the stock C6 Z06 are decent but they can really be improved on. The company I work for makes an aero kit for it that really makes a difference. That car gets a whole lot faster once some money is spent in the right places.
If you want to tell your friend's how some of your Zs are superior to the C6Z just tell them your car is zerolift-the 'Vette isn't. That doesn't mean the 'Vette's overall aero isn't better but you get the gist.

it was a new C6 non ZO6......
interesting -
I know the Vette will do very well in this challenge, though I suspect they are not going to pair up your Z vs a Stock Vette, that would make the Z look silly even if the Vette gets out performed - Domestic owners will satisfy the loss with it's a modded car vs a stock car, and even worse if the Vette outperforms the Z in stock form...
I am not by any means degrading the Z at all, but I'm going to say the Vette is more then likely going to outperform, handle, faster, and overall just be the winner vs a z none the less a modded one....
