Default Jim Wolf clutch w/Prolite Flywheel

I have a ACT Prolite Flywheel with a Jim Wolf clutch assembly. I have an issue with the throw out arm. The slave clyinder has to move about 5/8" before it even contacts the throw out arm leaving very little movement to disengage clutch. Did all kinds of clutch pedal adjustment, no help. It's as if the whole clutch/flywheel isn't thick enough and there is slack because of this. I'm sure someone else has this setup.
Help!!
Sean

Not sure what the problem might be. But other than that how does it engage is it smooth. Reason I ask is I had a problem with my old z32 doing this it was with a stillen flywheel and jwt clutch. I took a pushrod out of a v6 I had here and measure it up, cut it down and rounded the tip off. I put a vacuum line block off a carburator, and use that for the tip and it worked fine for me after. Not sure whats going on but its an idea
