Ok, i feel i may have jumped into modding my car lacking some knowledge and am now reconsidering a few things. Hopefully you guys can lend me a hand in maybe reassessing my mods.


I have a Injen Cold Air which is converted to short ram. This i believe is my first screw up. Do you guys really think it is worth it to just sell it an get a pop charger + CF tube or something, or do you think that the difference in gains would be trivial making it a waste of money.


Second is my exhaust. I have the PRO-1 Exhaust and i love it, but i dont believe i am actually getting ANYTHING from it. If you think maybe selling it for a HKS knockoff would show an significant differences please give me your input. I have test pipes, so i know that helps, and if anyone has a clip of the HKS or the knockoff with TPs if you would be so kind as to throw up a link that would be great.


Now i also have done a MD 5/16th, no question about that, it amazing, i think i may have a leak tho because sometimes when i turn on the car after it being off for a while my idle is like around 1500 then slowly settles down to about 5-600 idk if thats normal but w/e.


I was considering getting a MREV2. I have a 04 Enth, but im pretty sure, to my understanding of the countless threads, that my car doesnt really get much out of the mrev so i dont know if i will be getting that.


Lastly, UTEC, or upRev/AAM, i believe they are the same, as they both us cipher correct? I will call uprev to see if they also bump up the rev limiter in their flash, and if since they use cipher, if they can adjust my timing for alittle added POWA!!! lol.

CAI and exhaust aren't going to get you much in the way of noticeable power, so don't expect to feel all kinds of power if you switch setups.

pop charger and CF tube? the CF tube aint gonna do a damn thing, just stick with what you got.

I would also recommend learning the bascis of an engine before spending a bunch of money on mods (especially knock-offs)
