Default solid shifters

I agree raceboy...my last car was a 97 heavily modified Cobra & I installed a pure billet aluminum shifter which eliminated all rubber bushings and boy...you could hear every gear. Even cruising on the highway with the windows down & my race exhaust, you could still hear the 5th gear whine. I think if you are going to put something like a solid shifter (which is really a race piece), gear noise should be expected. The rubber bushings are not only there as a buffer, but also a muffler for any gear noise

Thumbs up

Ok all.
The fix is done and it will be shipping tomorrow (Friday). I now have exactly the same setup as all of you will, and was test driving it all day today. No excessive noise.
There are also (3) 350Z done already with this fix. No problems reported. I will put up the pictures sometime later on tonight. It is a simple fix.

Thanx for all your effort, looking forward to the fix. Maybe I'll have it by the time it stops raining. At least it's not snow.
