hi guys, today i had a problem with my 2004 z.
at a stop light today, my car suddenly didnt go past 2.5k rpm and the engine would shake really bad. it happened going to work about 2 miles.
after about 2 hrs later, i started the car up again and the problem was gone.
any help or ideas on this please?

MAF? Sounds kinda like the car went into limp mode, momentarily. Try cleaning the MAF and see what happens.
