I have a new secret!
Well I think most people know that the chevy small block was factory equipped with a harm. bal. also. We always b&b'd the motors as part of race prep and always left the harm bal. on as well. In fact, pulleys were never even worried about with race motors. There is so much more power in all the other aspects of a motor. Anyways, there is a thread around here. I think the pulley should be ok on this motor barring imperfect aftermarket pullies.
I hear, though, that the DOHC motors in the stangs are adversely affected by pulley swaps and the SOHC motors are not. Any thoughts?

Maybe from this one pulley, but there isn't just one pulley on the car combined with the other forces coming from the other side of the pulley why bother with it. Cheap hp yes. Wait for better mod's yes.

why sure!!!!!!.......when you doing the install?
When I get them I will PM you and check your schedule.
Being that the engine is internally balanced I think this will be a good engine mod, even on my LS1 it was a very popular mod and those were harmonic balancers for like 250 each for one and you didn't get to choose the color.
They are 10 % off this month too. Free belts would be nice, as you say I will wait and see what I get in the box.
Thanks J and all.
P.S I like your sponsor! I'm a RockStar fiend myself. Addicted to the stuff.
