whats the story with this borla exaust? does anyone have it yet? dyno results? just checking in

The Dual Exhaust Part# 140045 is 23.5 WHP and is coming out in 3 weeks.

I have spoken directly with Borla, and the 23 rwhp is gained with both the duel exhaust and their short headers installed. And if anyone is interested in a free super-charger kit, complete with a 3year 36,000mile powertrain warrany, email me at DreamWorkes@aol.com for details. Take care.

The resonetor that goes between the stock muffler and the stock Y pipe.

At the time when I spoke to them last week, Borla had not don a dyno test on the two parts seperatly.

According to Borla's own quote from their post the +23.5hp was for just the true dual cat back exhaust. They posted a +25hp, 17tq gain with headers and dual exhaust.

Thats also what David Borla told me. However, he also said they are only advertising 20hp gain, to be conservative.

All I can say is: Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn! That is SIGNIFICANT any way you cut it! Now if only someone could figure out how to adjust the damn ECU/ECM to unleash even more power hidden away........
