They said water absorbing characteristics, which could mean its resistance to such

Some water absorbing characteristic is actually desirable for non-race use, where the hydraulic fluid is not expected to be replaced on a daily basis. The hygroscopic-ness is necessary to "absorb" and disburse/diffuse the water that found its way inside the hydraulic line (and they do), where accumulation can sometimes occur, a serioius safety hazard in area where below freezing temperature is a common occurance.

I ended up using some Valvoline fluid instead of Motul, so I don't have to change it so often. It's been working fine with the heat from the headers.

I would flush it every other oil change, or whenever the fluid begins to get cloudy also, its so cheap to do anyways

So... how much brake fluid does one need when flushing? (Never done it before)

has anyone tried neo synthetics brake fluid before?

it has the highest dry and wet boiling point i've seen in any brake fluid at 610 dry and 421 wet

its all marketing hype anyway unless you are running at LeMans, it would be a waste. Even a decent fluid should easily be able to cope with anything any of us are realistically doing with our cars

marketing hype as in it boils at lower points, or marketing hype as in i don't need something with such a high boiling point?
