Question Another noise/clutch question

Just bought a used '05 Anniversary a few months ago (55K miles on it) with 6 spd manual. From a dead stop, first gear, let out the clutch and accelerating in traffic, I am getting a nice 'grinding' noise that quickly disappears as the speed increases. It comes back when I shift into 2nd and disappears as the speed increases. If I accelerate hard, the noise is minimal. When the noise is occurring, I can push the clutch in and it disappears. It sounds like something is loose. I do not feel any slippage in the clutch, just sounds like something is rattling around. Any ideas?

I really do not know what I have yet, right now I can only assume it is stock. I just recently bought it and do not know who had it prior to me and what that person did to it if anything. The noise just started about a week ago.
