Ok I purchased this off ebay cause it was a great price. I have a 2007 maxima and we all know the 350z crowd is usually has the most knowledge. Will this work on my fwd vq35de or am I screwed and have to try and resell it?
If it will work does anyone know what belt I will need? I also want to do the crank but will have to wait till I get other stuff done like my front brakes.

Ok even if it did work what would a 350z use as a smaller belt for an under drive? Then maybe I could geo by something.

 

I would just look into the oem size and go buy a couple smaller ones then take back the ones that don't fit.

 

What about peoe saying that there is a differeence between the fwd max and rwd 350z.

bear in mind that the underdrive crank pulley is the only one you need for performance enhancement. The alternator pulley set is only for looks.
i'd just take the old belt out, take it to an auto parts store and find a slightly smaller version.

 

hmm so while I do want to do the crank pullley the $20 I spent on this really wasnt worth much? Thanks for the reply by the way.
