clicking on 6mt

Default clicking on 6mt

Got a fucin clicking just after shifting in first second and third. Any ideas..??Tranny, torque converter type deal, linkage, etc . No clue, but pisses me off

There are a lot of threads on this and i know a lot of people would flame on you for not searching. But if it sounds like its coming from your rear end then its axle clicking. Caused because your axles aren't lubricated properly.This is a very common problem in 350z's. I believe there is a tsb out on it and it should be covered for free if you take it to your nearest nissan dealership. Hope i was able to help.

really loud click every time i accelate not lots of clicks just one or two per shift from 1st to 4th.

I had the same problem and it was the rear axel.. if you have a 2003 z I am 99% percent sure it is the axel!! take it to the dealership and they should fix for free. Good luck

and yes, the problem is the axle clicking, just needs some lubrication.
