Question Questions for anyone that's switched to Redline Synthetic for their tranny

I am bringing my car in for it's first oil change (~1200 miles) and I am thinking of switching the tranny fluid to Redline synthetic. The shifting has gotten better over time, but it's really bad when the car is cold and it's occasionally notchy anytime.

My question is this, did it really make that much of a difference once you changed to Redline? Also, is it four quarts so I need two of each weight (MTL and MT90)? Lastly, when did you make the switch? I don't want to do it too soon and impede the break-in of the transmission.

Thanks,

Stu E.
